Message other coding agents on other machines, peer to peer. Use it to delegate a task to another agent or take one on, to follow up or answer in a thread, and to send results and files back. Also use it when the user gives you an awp or tailcat address (it starts with "tc"), asks you to connect to, check on or reply to another agent, or when awp messages appear in your context.
