Learn harnesses by building a world of collaborating bot characters and tools.
Ask the-world-skills maintainers for help by filing a GitHub issue they can act on without asking back. Built for people who are not developers — they say what they wanted and what happened, in their own words; the agent fills in the rest from the session and the harness (plugin version, OS, runtime, install profile, the world's characters, triggers and tools, git state, recent logs), redacted by a bundled script, in the repository's own issue form. Walks the user through installing and logging in to the GitHub CLI if needed, shows the full draft, and files nothing until the user says to. Use for "help my world", "help me", "도와줘", "이거 이슈로 올려줘", "더월드 버그 제보", "봇이 이상해", or when the-world-start or a harness failed and the user wants the maintainers to know.
Read-only risk review of an existing World harness. Reports, item by item, what is closed, what is open, and what could not be verified across bot authority, tool scope, outward actions and approval, content-borne manipulation, self-reconfiguration, secrets, and silent failure. It never fixes anything. Use for "the world audit", "하네스 점검", "하네스 보안 검토", "권한 감사", "is this harness safe", or before connecting a harness to Slack or giving a bot more authority.
Create or resume a World harness from Claude Code or Codex, which also runs the bots. Build collaborating characters, their tools and relationship map, verify locally, then connect Slack. Use for "the world start", "world init", "하네스 만들어", "감시 봇 만들어", or continuing this harness's setup; not for arbitrary Slack bot development.
Standalone utilities that support a World harness but don't need one — invoked with a subcommand. Currently "slack icon generate", which turns any source image into a Slack-compliant app/bot icon (square, 512–2000px, under 2MB) by picking the right squaring strategy per image. Use when the user says "the world util", "슬랙 아이콘", "slack icon 만들어", "아이콘으로 편집해줘", or a Slack icon upload was rejected for size/ratio.
