Listing to 3D

Select this plugin in a ChatGPT Work or Codex chat with browsing, image inspection, writable files and code execution. Paste one property-listing URL, or ask “Use Listing to 3D to reconstruct this property” followed by the URL.

You can also invoke it without a link. It first asks: “Paste the link to the property listing you’d like to visualize in 3D.” It waits for your reply, then starts the reconstruction. If you already provided a listing link, it proceeds without asking again. Installing the plugin or viewing its directory page alone does not send a chat message.

The packaged skill collects the source evidence, solves the metric layout, builds a real navigable scene, and checks it against the photographs. Missing listing photographs or usable floor plans must be supplied before scene construction. Heights, camera positions and unmeasured details are reported as estimates.

The result includes a runnable project, a supported private preview when available, source records, camera views, renders and a validation report. This plugin supplies instructions and helper files; it does not supply a hosted generation engine, listing library or embedded MCP app. It uses the tools and permissions of its host. No separate API key is required by this package.

The package contains no property photographs or completed property scenes. Downloaded source material retains its original ownership. Publishing reconstructed properties or source assets to another host requires separate authorization.
