Automate Fastmail via a local browser session: search mail, read threads and attachments, compose, send and reply. Only on Adam's computer with browser access (Claude desktop or Cowork with Claude in Chrome), never headless. Trigger on "Fastmail", "check my email", "search my inbox". Not for From addresses; use add-from-address.
