Use for a direct request to review a PR, commit, branch, working tree, merge candidate, or a single file not part of any diff -- finding and reporting defects rather than deciding whether to merge or diagnosing why something already broke. Runs an eligibility check, classifies the target's own signal as safe or dangerous, fans out named-persona parallel reviews (correctness/blast-radius/reuse/convention/security, plus intent-consistency at high effort), independently verifies each candidate finding, and reports confirmed findings plus disclosed unconfirmed-concern findings (a security-tier signal at any effort level, or an ordinary finding that missed the high-effort confidence gate) with a blast-radius trace, a root-cause-vs-symptom tag, and an audit trail. Distinct from diagnosing-a-failure (investigates an already-observed malfunction's cause) and the eight Step 0 deferral targets, each owning a narrower target type this skill defers to instead of re-reviewing it.

Compatibility

Designed for a harness with parallel subagent dispatch; Step 2's fan-out degrades to sequential in-thread passes and Step 3's high-effort cross-check to two differently-tasked prompts on one model where multi-agent dispatch or model selection is unavailable.
