Markdownの計画作成・更新、進捗管理、セッション間の引き継ぎ、既存計画に沿った作業・再開に使う共有手順。冒頭のチェックリストを進捗の正本とし、対象作業の完了後にdoneへ移動する。単発の軽微な修正だけでは計画作成を要求しない。
