Author and package agent skills in this repository - a SKILL.md that triggers correctly, plus the plugin manifests and marketplace entries scripts/validate.py enforces. Use when writing a new skill, scaffolding a plugin, restructuring or splitting a SKILL.md, fixing a failed validation or CI run, or when the user mentions SKILL.md, Agent Plugins, marketplace.json, .codex-plugin, or .claude-plugin. Do NOT use it to invoke an existing skill - only to author or repair one.

Compatibility

Run from a checkout of the skills repository; needs python3 and uv (for uvx) to run the validators.
