Measure what a host publishes for agents, starting from a hostname rather than a presented credential. kya_assess_readiness measures; trulioo://kya/readiness/latest/{host} reads. Reason codes and residuals only - no score, level, or ordered label - and a run: null means nothing was ever recorded, never a pass.
