Support employee · Send Rashid a problem report from inside Claude when AI Employee Builder isn't working: setup or sign-in fails, a skill errors or gives a clearly wrong result, or a step doesn't match what the member sees. Drafts the report in plain words, shows the exact text, and sends only after a yes.
