Create and migrate custom TYPO3 v14 Scheduler tasks using native task classes and TCA-driven tx_scheduler_task configuration. Use when adding a task class, registering a task type, changing task fields or validation, or replacing AdditionalFieldProviderInterface. Do not use for general CLI/cron jobs, Extbase frontend plugins, FlexForms, or record localization.
