stark AI Developer is a harness-first developer workflow toolkit for developers and coding agents: from a rough feature idea and existing code to an implementation-ready specification, architecture with transparent trade-offs, structural code findings, editable architecture diagrams, consistent repository documentation, and safely curated agent memory. The included skills are not a theoretical catalog for the store. They come from our daily work, are used multiple times a day, and are continuously improved. The plugin reflects the standard we apply to our own work and to every tool that analyzes or changes production code. We chose open source deliberately: transparency about how it works and what it contains, room for your own adaptations, and a way to contribute feedback, ideas, and improvements. The package has no backend, MCP server, connectors, authentication, telemetry, analytics, hidden network calls, or runtime downloads.
