Its open-source instructions and scripts are available for review and adaptation. The package has no shared backend, bundled MCP server, telemetry or analytics. Jev's optional Codex recommendations send your task and public capability cards to TypeSafe using your key; offline inspection needs no network. Telegram Serverless guides the official CLI: authorized deployment and remote tests send selected code, assets or test inputs to Telegram and can change live data or send bot messages. Installation alone starts neither service. Your host controls discovery, permissions and execution; external services retain their own access requirements.
