Creates a dynamic QR code of type URL (web link, email, phone, SMS or FTP destination) in the user's QR Suisse account through the public REST API v1, then returns its public address and a link to its image. Use when the user asks to create a QR Suisse QR code, or a dynamic QR code hosted in Switzerland, and an API key with the QR_CREATE right is configured.
