The first step of a migration: list every boundary of the legacy system (what it serves, and everything it calls, stores, sends or reads), with the evidence for each, and flag the ones no adapter covers yet. Reads assemblies with REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) when it is installed, plus settings files, recordings and modernize's map. Usage: /cmtk:discover [<legacy folder>] [--manifest <file>]
