Create the test data a case needs when it is missing: a seeded recipe compiled from the target system's own schema (JSON Schema or an OpenAPI operation), with boundaries, negatives, hostile values and pairwise combinations, rows regenerated from the recipe and checked against the schema, written as JSON, CSV or Excel, and one draft case per row. A person reviews the recipe, never rows you wrote. Usage: /cmtk:data <schema file> [--operation "POST /path"] [--path /request/path] [--requirement <id>] [--manifest <file>]
