Assert typed Cairn facts via cairn_assert after a decision, deploy, URL, or command actually lands. Unique idempotencyKey; onConflict supersede for live facts. Use with @quarkos/cairn. Do not invent facts. Does not inject into Cursor cloud agent VMs.
