Bring a design or static assets into a scene as LAYERS, not flat frames, whenever they are going to move — Figma frames for an ad or reel, or a Figma design, logo, UI screen or screenshot that animates inside a tutorial, promo or explainer — each layer in its native format (live text, vector or raster) on a fetchable hosted URL, with flat frames only as a fallback. Stage 1 of the animate-design skill's pipeline, and used before the motion-design-craft skill by any flow that animates a design.
