Move logic that lives in Omni Analytics views (dimensions, measures, primary keys) and relationships into the dbt Semantic Layer as MetricFlow semantic_models, metrics, and saved_queries YAML, scoped by a field list, a view, or a topic, check it with dbt and mf, then make Omni fall back to the dbt definition by removing the Omni model-layer override once a dbt sync has brought it in. Use this skill whenever someone wants to push Omni measures or metrics down to dbt, hand Omni logic to the dbt Semantic Layer, generate semantic_models or metrics YAML from an Omni view, or make dbt the source of a metric that Omni currently defines.
