Use when a user asks to snapshot, record, re-record, or prepare a web feature or prototype for review in Slack, Figma, or another lightweight sharing destination. Prefer an existing repository-native capture recipe and produce reproducible video, stills, provenance, and share copy. Do not use for analyzing a supplied recording, long narrated marketing demos, ordinary browser tests, or a one-off manual screenshot with no reusable capture intent.
