Apply human feedback and direct edits to a document within the requested scope, preserving unrequested content. Use for "revise this", notes left in a notebook, and /document-revise. Keep human manuscripts and _notes companions in place unless a new iteration is explicitly requested. A requested versioned revision round preserves the prior document and records notes, hand edits and outcomes in its provenance file.
