앱 하나를 저장소 생성·개발부터 리소스·빌드·테스트·배포·서비스 확인까지 Agent Runway와 Agent Forge로 진행할 때 쓴다. application.yaml로 앱을 선언하고 Agent Runway project_apply·deploy·promote로 dev·prod에 배포한 뒤 URL을 확인한다. 코드 변경만 필요하면 implement-feature, 기존 GitOps 설정 변경은 gitops-change를 쓴다.
