Workflow of Ice Motion Director for ideas without a render: concept sets with at least two unexpected directions, hooks and first-3-second openers, open loops, scripts, storyboards and animatic specs with frame sketches, treatments, and campaign series with platform variants, ending in a hand-off note for the workflow that would build it. Started by the Ice Motion Director router (ice-motion-director), which creates the project first; use only when the router hands off or the user names ice-ideas. Other Ice workflows also call it by name for its concept and script rules.
