deal-sourcing
Builds a list of private companies that fit an investment thesis (sector, geography,
size, ownership), with evidence for each criterion, using the Nimble deal-sourcing
agent template on live web data. Use when the user says "find acquisition targets",
"deal sourcing", "map the market for", "founder-owned companies in", "off-market
targets", "companies that fit our thesis", or arrives from a Nimble use-case page.
Interviews the user for the inputs, shows quick search results first, then runs the
template at medium and high effort and shows each result as it arrives. Do NOT use for
sales prospect lists (use account-discovery) or to research one company (use
due-diligence).
