plan-to-video
Plan with reelplanner. Use whenever someone asks their agent for an implementation plan in a repo (a new plan, written in the conversation): write it into the repo's .reelplanner/plans/, check it against the decisions already made, and build the narrated review video the engineer watches, comments on and decides in, instead of handing them text. Also use to turn an existing plan file (Claude Code plan-mode Markdown, or any agent-written plan) into a video, and when someone wants a plan reviewed as a video, a 'plan explainer', or a reelplanner video. And use it for an explainer, a video of what is already there before any plan: 'explain …', 'what's going on in …', 'what happened in this session', 'walk me through this branch', 'what changed since …', 'what did this experiment show'. Quick mode is just the video, of a plan (one written now for the request, or one they already have) or of something that exists, with no record, checks or walkthrough: use it for 'quick', 'just the video', 'no walkthrough'. Builds with HyperFrames' faceless-explainer skill and the reelplanner style guide.
