yaah's local tools: read, list, search, edit and write files and run commands in the working folder. Every edit, write and command waits for the person's approval. Loaded by the chat (yaah); yaah serve loads it only with [localTools] enabled = true on a loopback bind with no auth.

The harness's own operations — ask_participant, create_task, create_plan, complete_step, render_ui, activate_skill — as tools of one MCP server the harness hosts. Loaded like any other plugin; builtin: false leaves it out.
