Drive a Jenkins controller from the terminal — plain Jenkins OR CloudBees CI, which is Jenkins-compatible — using the official jenkins-cli.jar plus the JSON REST API for reads (jobs, builds, console logs, queue, nodes), plus CloudBees RBAC/service-accounts/CasC-bundle-reload when the target is CloudBees CI. Use when the user asks to list/trigger/inspect/abort Jenkins jobs or builds, tail console output, check queue or agent state, fetch a job's config.xml, or manage CloudBees CI's RBAC/service-accounts/CasC bundles. Requires JENKINS_URL, JENKINS_USER, JENKINS_API_TOKEN in the environment (CloudBees CI targets may instead use CLOUDBEES_SERVICE_ACCOUNT / CLOUDBEES_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_TOKEN) plus a local JRE for jenkins-cli.jar. Never fires a mutating command (trigger, abort, config change, RBAC grant, CasC reload) without explicit user confirmation in the current turn.
