Convert a FlowAgent into a deterministic workflow spec. Reads the agent definition, tools, and session history (Agent Project Service / Agent Session Manager APIs) to understand what the agent does, then produces a customer-spec.md that describes the same use case as structured, deterministic automation. Turns agentic → deterministic.
