Upload a finished film to YouTube through Studio in the person's own signed-in browser, from a checked receipts/publish.json: attach the master, set title, description, thumbnail, audience, altered-content answer, tags and visibility, read every field back, and record the video id. Use when the package and thumbnails are READY and someone says upload it, put it on YouTube, publish the film, or run the Studio upload. Needs the Browser plugin (browser_run). Not for writing the package (youtube-package) or the thumbnail (youtube-thumbnail).
