sem-run
Explicitly invoked execution of a Sem program as isolated semantic applications with inspectable Markdown artifacts and a linked final result. Use only when the user invokes $sem-run and the host supports fresh no-history subagents. Do not use for repository coding, delivery, orchestration, shell work, messaging, or other external effects.
