Use when the user asks for something in Brevo (email, SMS, WhatsApp, contacts, CRM and so on) and you don't already have a Brevo skill for the job, or when they ask what Brevo skills or guides exist, or where to get, install or update them. Loads the current skill text from the Brevo MCP server with its get_brevo_guide tool, which works in every client with nothing to install, and says where to install the skills once if the user wants them without a tool call. Never asks for an API key.
