Open specification, in Draft, for drafting a builder's monthly progress claim and holding it for the builder to review, sign and serve. Nothing drafts until the account owner has accepted a waiver and indemnity; the contract sum, schedule of values and claims before come from the contract record; percent complete only from the project manager's site assessment for the month, with who and when; variations only with a signed acceptance; value to date less claimed before, checked line by line; one draft per contract per month, carrying a draft marker only a person removes.
