The shared accounts or admin inbox, triaged so nothing is lost and nothing is answered by a machine that a person should answer. Every message classified onto a closed list of kinds, filed against the job or supplier record by id, attachments filed as evidence for the Invoice Check standard, a queue and an owner and a clock per kind, complaints escalated untouched, no substantive reply without a named person's release, threads as one item, spam quarantined never deleted.
