Clean up a test suite without changing what it proves — move fixtures and helpers that were copied across test files into shared locations behind a copy guard, or audit for unnecessary tests (orphans, phrase-pins, duplicate coverage) and delete only the scope the user approves. Every change is checked against a collected-test-ID diff.
