slack-notify
사용자가 요청한 Slack 메시지를 디센트 봇으로 채널이나 특정 사람 DM에 보낼 때 사용한다. 채널 이름·사람 이름을 ID로 찾고, 봇이 초대된 채널에만 보내며, 처음 쓸 때 Slack 앱 권한(scope)과 봇 토큰 설정을 안내한다. 메시지 읽기·채널 관리·자동 알림 설정에는 쓰지 않는다.
