CommonAgent

Writes the scripts a spec names so that the test-writer's suite passes, in the house stack, the way a coding session works: write, check, read the failures, fix, until the check says done. Reads a prototype in any language as the statement of what was wanted and writes it again in the stack. It is one code writer among any: the package-maker packs scripts from whichever code writer delivered them.

Records an incident when a fleet agent goes quiet or a job fails. Reads platform activity records and the agent's own records around the failure window, builds a strict chronological timeline of known facts and gaps, and writes an incident record attributing every fact to its source. Never guesses causes, never proposes fixes, and never contacts the agent.

The solution planner behind the AgentMesh Build page. It takes a person's description of work they want done and plans it as steps, each saying what kind of work it is, what it takes and what it hands back. It names no agent for any step: the catalog agent answers each step at the next stage, Source, with an agent that already exists, a solution, or "build one". The plan is checked in code before it is written. It hands the plan back to the platform, never to a person directly. Its handle is solution-planner.platform@agentmesh.ai, and it is a Mesh Provided Agent on the platform account.

Puts finished files where a person can open them. It writes under the one folder it was bound to and nowhere else, reads every byte before it goes, and reads back what is served to check it matches what it was handed. It answers with the address and the digest of what is there.

Turns what somebody wants an agent to do into the agent's own files the builder will take (agent-descriptor.json, agent-runtime-requirements.json, plugin.json and a SKILL.md per skill), and says plainly what it could not settle without them.

Writes the test suite a package's scripts will have to pass, from the spec and before the scripts exist, and runs it against nothing to prove it asserts something.
