Route Prism work to the host-native story or epic lifecycle and, when explicitly requested, advance a deterministic snapshot of all open Prism epics. Use when the user runs $prism:lifecycle, /prism:lifecycle, or /prism-lifecycle; asks to run or advance the primary host workflow; resumes one host Story or Epic; or asks to process all open Prism epics. Do not use for explicit Prism Light or Prism Callee requests.
