Check a package, runtime, or GitHub Action against Evergreen lifecycle data before adding it to a project, or when choosing one to install or adopt. Use only at the moment of adding or picking a dependency. Do not use for repository lifecycle scans, finding migration or verification, routine upgrades of already-declared dependencies, removals, vulnerability audits, or unrelated work.
