Tune a skill's trigger and boundaries with Tune-Skill and then polish its discoverability with Findable-Polish, in one pass. Use when the user wants both halves at once, meaning a triggering or sibling-overlap fix AND polished repo description, topics, README or site page; chaining them means the listing is never polished for a skill whose triggering is still broken. Not for creating skills from scratch (use draft-skill), and not for a triggering-only or listing-only request, which belong to tune-skill and findable-polish alone.
