chronicle-record

Captures a decision as a schema-validated entry in the project's chronicle/ layer (proposed via chronicle.sh, committed by a human) so future sessions and roles can load it as situational awareness. Use after a non-trivial decision in a project that has a chronicle/. It supersedes decision-record, which is the lightweight memory/decisions/ variant for projects without a chronicle; to read entries back use chronicle-recall.
