Use when an agent should co-edit a markdown plan live with a person in the browser through the local archdev plan collab seat — starting a plan, waiting for and answering the page's signals (tab-completion requests, "ask" questions about a selection, agent requests, run undo and review, file conflicts, plan approval), writing review suggestions as CriticMarkup, or reporting run status.
