Use when creating Andes-branded PDFs (reports, one-pagers, letters) with embedded Montserrat and Inter, the Andes palette, and charts, or for any PDF task: extract text and tables, merge, split, rotate, stamp, fill forms, encrypt. Prefer it over generic pdf skills when andes-documents is installed. Uses ReportLab, pypdf, and pdfplumber.
