Weekly PUMPD dependency radar that reads the installed toolchain of the pnpm monorepo and Deno backend (lockfiles, patches, release-age policy), diffs forward against registries and changelogs, and files capped upgrade or replacement suggestions to Linear Triage. Use when a scheduled pumpd-tool-radar run fires, when asked to run the tool radar or to check PUMPD dependencies, updates, or upgrades, or when asked to set pumpd-tool-radar up as a recurring task. Supports a dry-run argument that prints suggestions without filing them.
