Plan a deck from a topic, audience and duration. Drafts learning objectives, chooses a layout for every slide, fills the slots, writes deck.yml and slides/<id>.md briefs, validates them, and stops at an approval gate before any HTML. Also re-plans an existing deck (add, remove, merge, split, change length) while respecting locked, owned and done slides.
